• We try best to describe the item as is. However, due to digital image capture effects, there is a slight possibility that colors and texture may look different.
• It is recommended to line the kameez.
• We use standard shipping carriers like DHL, Eastern Connection, FedEx, UPS or USPS within USA, we ship to continental USA states only. Extra charges may apply for shipping to APO/FPO/HI/AK/PO Box addresses. Please contact us before you place your order.
• Shipping charges are mentioned against each item, please contact us for bulk shipping charges.
• Since most of the items displayed are customized as per individual customer's order, thus it would not be possible for www.kumkumsalwars.com to accept: - Any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order / www.kumkumsalwars.com details. - Any change in the order during stitching / shipping status - Any re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock)
• All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and www.kumkumsalwars.com has no liability for the same. Normally, we take 12 - 15 business days to ship from the day we receive your final measurement and payment. International shipping takes around 5-6 business days, but shipping time depends on many factors and we cannot guarantee the same.
